WE Work on time! Not a minute before or a minute after, as we dedicate each client's time to them. Any inconveniences made on our end will always appropriately be accommodated for.

All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled AT LEAST 48 hours in advance. If rescheduled in the appropriate time frame the $30 deposit will go towards a reschuled appointment made within 5 Days..
The late fee is $2 per minute for up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes you can text or call to see if you are still able to be serviced, Additional fees may be added. Squeeze in Appointments are also available for regular appointments such as same day and after hours for an additional fee of $50

Hair Services
All Hair services require hair to be washed, blow dried & straightened out as good as possible with absolutely no product to avoid an additional prepping fee (unless its a wash service appointment.)
All appointments require a $30 deposit via Zelle, cash app, or cash @ time of booking. Appointment will not be confirmed until deposit is paid. Deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of service.
